Business Development Manager for our new brand of rolled aluminium products both in natural format (mill finish) and coil coated with liquid organic coatings.
Main work area:
Europe, not excluding other territories.
Qualification in engineering or other technical discipline, and in particular, a working knowledge regarding the technical requirements of rolled aluminium products.
English, as well as German or French. A working knowledge of Spanish would be an asset.
10 years of proven sales experience in the aluminium sector in Europe. As well as a broad knowledge of the rolled aluminium market sector and its particularities, the successful candidate will have first-hand experience in establishing sales teams, negotiating customer contracts, drawing up sales and marketing plans, monitoring and controlling sales targets and establishing pre-sales, sales and after-sales procedures.
The following will also be taken into consideration:
-Knowledge of Salesforce
-Knowledge of SAP

The position is granted a high degree of autonomy in regard to the development of sales plans and sales teams in coordination with the company’s management, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity of instigating from the outset the start-up plan for the commercialisation and consolidation of the brand.
Remuneration package (basic salary + bonus) negotiable depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
